FSK RF12B TXRX Shield

This shield is capable of transmitting and receiving data packets with FSK modulation with recomended bitrates up to 100Kbit/s and short packets of 16-32 bytes. This product can be used to make radion links of 200m in open air and can cover 50m indoor. We are recomanding this product fro receivind data from wireless sensors and/or routing data to gataways. An arduino library and many design examples are avaiulable for download.

Q. Can I use this Shield for receiving OOK (ASK) radio packets

A. Yes, you can, bit we advise to use the ASK 433.92 MHz RX Shield for this, it's cheaper and easyier to use, however the shield has the output after demodulator routed to pin A0 on the Arduino. This is enabled with a Jumper. The radio module has to be programed specifaclly for this, an example INO is available by request

Q. Can this shield receive signal from Oregon Scientific sensors.

A. Yes, is possble, burt again we advise to use ASK 433.92 MHz RX Shield for this, however you cab still use the FSK but it's more complex and require good knolwdge of the rsdio chip, however an example INO is available by request. Make sure you use te corect Library Download as well.
